Aceptación de los Términos
Al acceder o utilizar GetYourBrand ("el Servicio"), declarás haber leído, comprendido y aceptado estos Términos y Condiciones en su totalidad. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna de las condiciones aquí establecidas, te pedimos que no utilices el Servicio.

Naturaleza del Servicio y Tecnología de IA
GetYourBrand genera manuales de marca utilizando tecnologías de inteligencia artificial de terceros, incluyendo modelos de lenguaje e imagen como Claude (Anthropic) y Gemini (Google).
La IA es una tecnología no determinista. Los resultados pueden variar entre generaciones y ningún output está garantizado como perfecto, completo ni libre de errores. Dos generaciones con los mismos parámetros pueden producir resultados distintos.
El Servicio actúa como intermediario entre el usuario y los modelos de IA. No tenemos control sobre el contenido específico que estos modelos generan en cada llamada.

Exención de Responsabilidad — Calidad del Output
GetYourBrand no garantiza que el manual generado sea perfecto, profesionalmente apto para todos los usos, ni que se ajuste exactamente a las expectativas del usuario. En particular:
- El contenido generado puede contener errores, imprecisiones o inconsistencias.
- Los logos, paletas y tipografías son sugerencias visuales, no diseño profesional certificado.
- El Servicio se provee "tal como está" (as-is), sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas.
- No somos responsables por decisiones comerciales, legales o financieras tomadas en base al manual generado.
- La calidad del output puede verse afectada por factores fuera de nuestro control, como la disponibilidad o los cambios en los modelos de IA de terceros.

Política de Reembolsos
Entendemos que la naturaleza no determinista de la IA puede ocasionar resultados inesperados. Si considerás que el manual generado está fallido o claramente corrupto (texto ilegible, secciones vacías, errores graves de formato que impidan su uso), podés solicitar un reembolso.
Para solicitar un reembolso, contactanos dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la generación en:
getyourbrand.app@gmail.comLas solicitudes se evalúan caso a caso. Las disconformidades estéticas o de gusto personal no son motivo de reembolso. El reembolso, de ser aprobado, corresponde exclusivamente al monto abonado por la generación del manual.

Propiedad Intelectual
El usuario es titular del contenido generado a través del Servicio, en la medida en que la legislación aplicable lo permita y sujeto a las condiciones de uso de los modelos de IA de terceros utilizados.
GetYourBrand retiene todos los derechos sobre la plataforma, el código fuente, el sistema de generación y la interfaz visual. Queda prohibido:
- Revender o sublicenciar el Servicio como producto propio.
- Realizar ingeniería inversa o copiar el sistema de generación.
- Usar el Servicio para generar contenido que infrinja derechos de terceros.

Datos y Privacidad
Los datos ingresados en el formulario (nombre de marca, descripción, industria, etc.) son transmitidos a servicios de IA de terceros para su procesamiento. Al utilizar el Servicio, aceptás que dichos datos sean procesados por esos servicios conforme a sus propias políticas de privacidad.
No almacenamos permanentemente el contenido de los manuales generados en nuestros servidores más allá del tiempo técnicamente necesario para completar la generación. Los manuales se guardan localmente en el navegador del usuario.
No vendemos ni compartimos tus datos personales con terceros con fines comerciales.

Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la legislación aplicable, GetYourBrand, sus operadores, colaboradores y proveedores no serán responsables por ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo, incluyendo pero no limitado a:
- Pérdidas de ganancias, ingresos o datos.
- Daño a la reputación o imagen de marca.
- Costo de servicios sustitutos.
- Interrupciones del servicio o errores técnicos.
La responsabilidad total de GetYourBrand, bajo cualquier circunstancia, no excederá el monto efectivamente abonado por el usuario en la transacción que dio origen al reclamo.

Disponibilidad del Servicio
No garantizamos la disponibilidad continua del Servicio. Podemos suspender, modificar o discontinuar el Servicio en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso, por razones técnicas, comerciales o de cumplimiento normativo.

Modificaciones a los Términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones entran en vigencia desde su publicación en esta página. El uso continuado del Servicio tras la publicación de cambios implica la aceptación de los nuevos Términos.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GetYourBrand ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the conditions set out herein, please do not use the Service.

Nature of the Service and AI Technology
GetYourBrand generates brand manuals using third-party artificial intelligence technologies, including language and image models such as Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini (Google).
AI is a non-deterministic technology. Results may vary between generations, and no output is guaranteed to be perfect, complete, or error-free. Two generations with identical parameters may produce different results.
The Service acts as an intermediary between the user and AI models. We have no control over the specific content these models generate on each call.

Disclaimer of Liability — Output Quality
GetYourBrand does not guarantee that the generated manual will be perfect, professionally suitable for all uses, or will exactly match user expectations. In particular:
- Generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies.
- Logos, color palettes, and typefaces are visual suggestions, not certified professional design.
- The Service is provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not responsible for commercial, legal, or financial decisions made based on the generated manual.
- Output quality may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as availability or changes to third-party AI models.

Refund Policy
We understand that the non-deterministic nature of AI may produce unexpected results. If you believe the generated manual is broken or clearly corrupted (unreadable text, empty sections, severe formatting errors that prevent its use), you may request a refund.
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of generation at:
getyourbrand.app@gmail.comRequests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Aesthetic dissatisfaction or personal taste preferences are not grounds for a refund. Approved refunds cover only the amount paid for the generation of the manual.

Intellectual Property
The user owns the content generated through the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the terms of use of the third-party AI models employed.
GetYourBrand retains all rights over the platform, source code, generation system, and visual interface. The following are prohibited:
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service as your own product.
- Reverse engineering or copying the generation system.
- Using the Service to generate content that infringes third-party rights.

Data and Privacy
Data entered in the form (brand name, description, industry, etc.) is transmitted to third-party AI services for processing. By using the Service, you consent to such data being processed by those services in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We do not permanently store the content of generated manuals on our servers beyond the time technically required to complete generation. Manuals are saved locally in the user's browser.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetYourBrand, its operators, collaborators, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
- Damage to brand reputation or image.
- Cost of substitute services.
- Service interruptions or technical errors.
GetYourBrand's total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Service Availability
We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Service. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, for technical, commercial, or regulatory compliance reasons.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
